KornerSpot is an online marketplace where independent vendors list products and services for sale to buyers. KornerSpot itself does not own or manufacture the products listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers, vendors and affiliates.
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies displayed on the site.
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract in the UK.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket from the relevant vendor.
The contract for sale is between you and the vendor, not KornerSpot.
Prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment must be made through the payment methods offered on the site. Your card or account will usually be charged at the time of order.
Shipping is handled by the vendor, including arranging delivery through USPS or any other carrier they choose.
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier issues, customs or other factors outside KornerSpot’s control.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide.
Each vendor is responsible for its own returns and refund policy, within the limits of UK consumer law.
If you wish to return an item or report a problem, you should first contact the vendor using the contact details or messaging tools provided on the site.
If you cannot resolve an issue directly with the vendor, you may contact KornerSpot support; KornerSpot may assist with communication but is not obliged to provide a refund itself.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your rights in respect of faulty or mis‑described goods.
You must not misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with the site’s security, posting illegal or abusive content, or infringing third‑party rights.
KornerSpot may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or behave abusively towards vendors, affiliates or staff.
KornerSpot is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or fitness for purpose of products or services offered by vendors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KornerSpot is not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential losses.
KornerSpot does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
KornerSpot may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will apply to new orders after the updated Terms are posted on the site.
If you continue using the site after changes are posted, you are deemed to accept the updated Terms.
To list products or services on KornerSpot you must create a vendor account and provide accurate business information.
You confirm that you are legally allowed to sell the products or services you list and that you hold all necessary licences, permissions and approvals.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all product information, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and stock levels.
You must not list illegal, unsafe or prohibited items, or content that infringes intellectual property rights, breaches product safety rules or violates any applicable law.
KornerSpot may edit, hide or remove listings that are misleading, inappropriate or non‑compliant, and may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated issues.
KornerSpot charges a commission of 10% on the total value of each completed, non‑refunded order (including any applicable shipping charges displayed to the buyer).
Commission is deducted from the amounts collected from buyers before payout to you.
KornerSpot may introduce additional paid services or fees in the future, which will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for organising and paying for shipping and returns for all orders you receive through the platform.
You may use USPS or other carriers; shipping options and costs must be clearly presented to buyers.
You must provide a clear returns policy that complies with UK consumer law, including handling faulty or mis‑described goods and any cooling‑off rights where applicable.
You must process returns and refunds promptly in line with your policy and legal obligations.
KornerSpot collects payments from buyers on your behalf.
Payouts to you are generally made within 7 days of a completed order, usually every Saturday, for all completed, non‑refunded orders from the previous week.
KornerSpot may delay or withhold payouts where:
There is suspicion of fraud, chargebacks or illegal activity.
There is a dispute with a buyer that reasonably requires holding funds.
There are technical or banking issues outside KornerSpot’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing correct bank details and keeping them up to date.
You are solely responsible for assessing, collecting, reporting and paying all taxes, duties and other governmental charges resulting from your sales (including VAT where applicable).
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your products and business, including product safety, labelling, and data protection.
Vendors may choose to allow affiliates to promote their products or services on the platform.
If you enable affiliate marketing for your listings, you agree to the minimum deposit requirement and commission ranges described in the affiliate terms below.
You must ensure your product data and stock levels are accurate so affiliates are not promoting unavailable or misleading offers.
You may close your vendor account at any time, subject to completing any outstanding orders and obligations.
KornerSpot may suspend or terminate your account where you:
Breach these Terms or any applicable law.
Repeatedly receive serious complaints or generate high refund/chargeback rates.
List prohibited or unsafe products.
On termination, pending payouts will be made in accordance with these Terms, subject to any lawful set‑off or withholding.
Affiliates are individuals or organisations who promote vendors’ products or services via links, codes, content or other marketing activities.
To join the affiliate programme you must create an account, provide accurate contact and payment details, and agree to these Terms.
For products or services where a vendor wants affiliates to promote them, the vendor may be required to hold or pay a minimum deposit of £50 earmarked for affiliate commissions on those listings.
KornerSpot may limit or suspend affiliate promotion for a listing where the vendor has not met this minimum deposit or where funds are exhausted.
Affiliates can earn commission per sale and/or per click, as defined by the programme rules and individual campaigns.
Commission rates may vary between approximately 0.2% and 10%, depending on the product, vendor and type of action (e.g. sale or qualified click).
Specific commission rates and qualifying criteria for each campaign will be shown in your affiliate dashboard or campaign description.
KornerSpot uses tracking tools such as links, cookies or codes to attribute sales or clicks to affiliates. Tracking is not guaranteed and may be affected by user settings, ad blockers, cookie consents and other technical factors.
Only actions properly tracked and validated in the system will qualify for commission; fraudulent, invalid or self‑generated activity may be rejected.
Commissions are typically paid in the same payout cycle as vendors (for example, weekly), once any minimum payout threshold is reached and subject to reversal for refunded or fraudulent transactions.
You must promote products honestly, without misleading claims, spam, illegal content or infringement of third‑party rights.
You must comply with advertising rules in your jurisdiction, including labelling content as advertising or affiliate content where required.
You may not bid on KornerSpot’s brand name or vendors’ trademarks in search advertising without prior written permission.
KornerSpot may suspend or terminate your affiliate account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour or damage the reputation of KornerSpot or its vendors.
On termination, you will be entitled only to valid commissions accrued up to the date of termination, subject to chargebacks or fraud checks.
This section summarises key commercial terms between KornerSpot and vendors; it should be read together with the vendor Terms above.
KornerSpot charges vendors a standard commission of 10% on each completed, non‑refunded order placed through the platform.
Commission is calculated on the order total payable by the buyer (including any shipping charges shown at checkout) and is automatically deducted before payout.
Payouts to vendors are made within 7 days of order completion, usually every Saturday, covering all completed, non‑refunded orders from the previous week.
An order is considered completed when:
Payment has been received from the buyer.
The vendor has confirmed dispatch or delivery (as applicable).
Any initial review period or fraud checks have passed.
KornerSpot may extend payout times where there is a dispute, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, or technical/payment provider delay.
Vendors are fully responsible for:
Selecting and managing shipping providers, including USPS where available.
Setting shipping prices and delivery timeframes for buyers.
Ensuring products are packed and shipped safely and on time.
Handling all returns, exchanges and refunds in line with UK consumer law and their own published policies.
KornerSpot is not the shipper and does not take possession of goods; it provides the platform and payment collection only.
If a vendor wants affiliates to market their products or services, the vendor must:
Opt‑in to affiliate marketing on relevant listings.
Pay or maintain a minimum deposit of £50 allocated for affiliate commissions on those listings.
Affiliate commissions for vendor listings will range from approximately 0.2% to 10% per sale or per qualifying click, as set for each campaign.
KornerSpot may adjust or pause affiliate campaigns if the deposit is exhausted, if there is suspected fraud, or if the vendor breaches any platform rules.
